Refund and Exchange Policy:
- Merchandise allowed for exchange is only limit to items with sealed packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Packaging and all parts of the product must be intact and unopened. There shall be no exchange for products that are opened if original products is sealed in its packaging.
- Customer must come personally to our shop for the exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. We reserve all rights not to proceed with exchange after the stipulated period expires.
- Due to hygiene issues, items such as plush toys, soft toys keychains, costumes and accessories are not exchangeable.
- Promotional and Sales items are non-exchangeable.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be considered as part of the exchanged item value.
- Exchange of electronic and electrical product will be on a case by case basis.
- You may opt to exchange for items of a lower value but there will be no refund of the balance in cash or store credit.
- Valid for one-time exchange only.
- Pre-order items are strictly non-exchangable.
- Merchandise with fragile nature and material will be carefully checked and packed with bubble wraps before delivery, and any damages caused in the process of delivery will be exchanged on a case by case basis.
- Manufacturer’s defects on items that are sealed in boxes or packaging will be processed for exchange on a case by case basis.
- There shall strictly be no cash or credit refunds on all items purchase online and in store with MR Gifts & Toys (aka MR TOYS or 玩具店）website, mrtoys.com.sg
We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements. All customers who purchase our products online and in store, automatically enter an agreement with us to release MR Gifts & Toys (aka MR TOYS or 玩具店）and from all forms of liabilities during the process of transaction, exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
